What better way to come at the subject of Ontology than through the study and practise of Leisure with Dignity? This was the title of the course I attended earlier this year with the Halkyon Academy.
How many times have I gotten up from my computer saying, “ah time for a break”, only to flop back down on the sofa, open up my phone and start scrolling through numerous screens once again? Leisure can hardly be dignified if it means always being distracted and redirected like some kind of wondering dementia patient.
